Dr. Holly Lewton
Dr. Lewton completed her undergraduate education at Florida State University, and then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. Lewton moved to Indiana in 1995 and spent 4 years providing eye care to residents of long-term care facilities all across the state. After that, she worked primarily in private practice optometry and then opened her 96th Street office in November of 2006. Dr. Lewton lives in Fishers with her husband and their 3 daughters.
Lori Wiles
Lori loves helping patients with every aspect of their visit, patients are her priority. One of her favorite things to do is to select frames with patients. Lori's house is full of love with her wonderful husband, amazing daughter, and two dogs. She has a passion for taking mission trips to help those in need, including multiple trips to Managua, Nicaragua.
Marsha Ryan
Front Office & Insurance Coordinator
Marsha Ryan is our resident Hoosier from a small town. She married her high school sweetheart and their son, Killian, soon followed. She has been with Dr. Lewton since 2010, acting as the front office and insurance coordinator. Great patient care is a must for her and she will do anything to help ensure an enjoyable experience.
Dr. Dennis Lewton
Dr. Dennis Lewton completed both his undergraduate and Doctor of Optometry degrees at Ohio State University. After graduation, Dr. Lewton relocated to Indiana and provided eye care to residents of long-term care facilities across the state. During this time, he also provided eye care to inmates in a number of correctional facilities throughout the state, which he continues to do today. When not "in prison," Dr. Lewton enjoys seeing patients at the East Washington Street location of Crossroads Eye Care. Dr. Lewton is a resident of Fishers, where he lives with his wife and their 3 daughters.
Dr. Cathy Macha
Dr. Cathy Macha was born and raised in Michigan. She became fascinated with optometry at age 16 when she received her first pair of glasses. Dr. Macha obtained her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1990. She then attended Ferris State University College of Optometry where she graduated with honors in 1994. Dr. Macha enjoys practicing primary eye care and seeing patients of all ages.
Denise Coté
Dr. Denise Coté has been a practicing optometrist since 1997. She graduated as valedictorian from Southern College of Optometry. Dr. Coté is married and has two children and three step-children. She enjoys playing piano, running and spending time with her family. She also enjoys participating yearly in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
Kristen Elliott
Front Office Coordinator
Kristen Elliott is dedicated to positive patient interaction in her position as “Front Office Coordinator” for the east location. She is an animal lover, specifically “Bo”, her six-year-old cat. Ms. Elliott also enjoys reading a great deal. Some of her favorite books include the Harry Potter series and Perks of Being a Wallflower. When she isn’t reading and spending time with Bo, she enjoys spending time with her “Mamaw”.
Dr. Jon R Canida
The newest member of our team, Dr. Canida received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Indiana University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University in 1979. Dr. Canida has practiced in the Castleton area since 1980. Dr. Canida has 2 children and a daughter-in-law who attended Purdue University, all receiving degrees in engineering. He and his wife reside in the Broad Ripple area, and in his free time enjoys bass fishing, boating, cycling and spending time with his family.
