Dr. Holly Lewton
Dr. Lewton completed her undergraduate education at Florida State University, and then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Ohio State University College of Optometry.
Dr. Lewton moved to Indiana in 1995 and spent 4 years providing eye care to residents of long-term care facilities all across the state. After that, she worked primarily in private practice optometry and then opened her 96th Street office in November of 2006.
Dr. Lewton lives in Fishers with her husband and their 3 daughters.
Dr. Cathy Macha
Dr. Cathy Macha was born and raised in Michigan. She became fascinated with optometry at age 16 when she received her first pair of glasses. Dr. Macha obtained her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1990. She then attended Ferris State University College of Optometry where she graduated with honors in 1994. Dr. Macha enjoys practicing primary eye care and seeing patients of all ages.
Dr. Jon R Canida
The newest member of our team, Dr. Canida received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Indiana University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University in 1979.
Dr. Canida has practiced in the Castleton area since 1980.
Dr. Canida has 2 children and a daughter-in-law who attended Purdue University, all receiving degrees in engineering. He and his wife reside in the Broad Ripple area, and in his free time enjoys bass fishing, boating, cycling and spending time with his family.
Marsha Ryan is our reception and insurance coordinator. She has been with 96th Street Eye Care since 2010. She has really enjoyed getting to know our patients and is always very excited to help in any way she can!
Marsha is widowed with one son in college. She enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid race and sports fan!
Lori loves helping patients with every aspect of their visit, patients are her priority. One of her favorite things to do is to select frames with patients.
Lori's house is full of love with her wonderful husband, amazing daughter, and two dogs.
She has a passion for taking mission trips to help those in need, including multiple trips to Managua, Nicaragua.
Front Office Coordinator
Kristen Elliott is dedicated to positive patient interaction in her position as “Front Office Coordinator” for the east location. She is an animal lover, specifically “Bo”, her six-year-old cat. Ms. Elliott also enjoys reading a great deal. Some of her favorite books include the Harry Potter series and Perks of Being a Wallflower. When she isn’t reading and spending time with Bo, she enjoys spending time with her “Mamaw”.
